Snacks

Snacks play a huge part in my clean eating diet. I generally aim to eat something every three hours so its always handy to have something healthy, convenient and transportable on hand!

From salty popcorn to chocolatey chickpeas to savoury pumpkin crackers to nutty and sweet banana cake, I have so many snack choices in my kitchen so there is always something to grab when I need to although trying to choose what to go for is a bit tricky!

In all seriousness, for me, the key to success in maintaining a healthy, clean and interesting and sustainable diet is by making food ahead of time in bulk so there is never the need to grab the rubbish stuff!
