I make a batch of this for the week ahead. I’ve actually had to make more as my husband keeps pinching it but it is so good!!
Depends on how much you’re making as to the quantities and feel free to change the proportions depending on what you’ve got in!
- 2 cups of Large rolled oats
(could also sub 1 cup of oats for 1 cup of brown rice krispies or puffs)
- 1/2 cup raw pumpkin seeds
- 1/2 cup slivered almonds
- 1/4 cup hemp hearts
- 1/4 cup flax seeds
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1/4 cup goji berries
Shake and store in airtight container!
