Diary of a Clean Eater – day 2

Hi again! How’s our Fit for Fall coming along?!!

Thought I would share another day’s diary with you…

730 – Breakfast

Protein Pancakes that I had pre-made and frozen, served with Blueberries and tablespoon of Natural Almond Butter

930 – Workout

1 Hour Circuit Training Class

1030 – Snack

Quest Bar

1300 – Lunch

Subway Salad – yes Subway!!! Chopped salad loaded with lettuce, tomatoes, spinach, cucumbers, green peppers, scoop avocado and chicken breast with hot sauce on the side.

1500 – Snack

1/4 Cup Mixed Raw nuts and half sliced apple

1830 – Dinner

Lean Beef Bolognaise made with Beef, onion, garlic, mushrooms, carrots, Worcestershire sauce, bay leaves and crushed tomatoes. Served on a Portobella Mushroom sauted in Balsamic Vinegar with a side of Fat Free Greek YogurtbolognaiseJust served this with Wholewheat pasta for the rest of the family, so easy!
