So Breakfast is the most important meal of the day and we all know this anyway, but now there is absolutely no excuse for not being able to have Breakfast even if you are in a rush!
I found the coolest storage pot for making your breakfast up the evening before to take out with you in the morning. I used it when we went on our road trip the other day and again last night for my early start this morning. It’s fab and I’m sure it made my usual breakfast taste much more exciting!! Its actually just like the Starbucks Yogurt Granola pots but much healthier and cheaper!
And so simple!
I bought this pot from my local ‘No Frills’ store, it was only $4 and I’m sure there are so many others around. Sistema also sell a similar one but if you can’t find a layered one then just a smaller pot alongside would work just as well.
Just layer up your chopped, washed berries, spoon over some Fat free Plain Greek yogurt and place cover on. In the lid, (or your smaller container) add some rolled oats, raw pumpkin seeds and slivered almonds to fill, screw back on and refrigerate!
