My Favourite Breakfast!

This is my absolute go-to breakfast and I have it most days especially before the gym.

  • 1/2 cup mixed berries,
  • 1/2 cup plain fat free Greek yogurt,
  • 1/2 cup My Oat mix,
  • topped with 5 chopped prunes!

Full of protein and goodness, Gorgeous start to the day .. X
