The start of my blog is the start of me re-focusing. Perfect timing! Over the past few weeks I’ve lost my mojo a bit at the gym and reduced my protein intake which is starting to show! – what better way to get back motivated than to keep a diary online and try and help others at the same time! Yesterday I did some batch cooking to set me up for the week – egg white muffins, zucchini/ courgette protein loaves, kale and zucchini salad with pecans, and a tomato and basil salad. I also did some skinless chicken, hummus and a pot of aubergine dip. I will post the recipes shortly…
